We carefully package and ship every order with care.
Boutique and vintage items are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Some boutique items ship directly from our trusted fulfillment partner, Trendsi, and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
If your order contains items shipping from different locations, they may arrive in separate packages.
You'll receive tracking information as soon as each shipment is on its way.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase!
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Vintage items are one-of-a-kind and are carefully inspected before shipping.
Personalized and custom-made items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
